Ramesh has an MBA in marketing and is an established businessman based in the United Kingdom with over four decades of experience. In his long career he has spearheaded a number of marketing organisations, setting up offices in India, Australia, Singapore and the UK. He has led several marketing campaigns and re-branding promotions including campaign marketing management and implementation for leading political parties in India. He has broad, successful experience in introducing unique marketing programmes in the retail/wholesale space in particular. He founded DDBO in the UK in 2007, focusing on graphic design, pre-production artwork and branding services. In 2011 he partnered with Ramkumar to found Tripro Technologies Pvt. Ltd, extending DDBO’s offering and gaining a wider reach across various functional and domain areas, data services and different technologies

Ramkumar has an MBA in finance and marketing and is an established domain, technology and solutions specialist with over three decades of experience across a wide area of banking, technology, operations and management. His extensive career, beginning with retail branch banking and agri-finance, and micro, small, medium and large industrial corporate and commercial clientele, now focuses on banking IT platforms, development, support, testing and training. He has handled some of the leading global core banking solutions including T24, Flexcube, Finacle, ICBS, and Intellect, and also gained expertise in business services operations and delivery. He has managed large-scale client operations with 3000+ staff members and multiple clients as the global vertical head in BFS space for one of the largest IT services companies in the world. He has also headed big data programs for an MNC bank, managing solutions and technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka etc. He partnered with Ramesh to start Tripro in 2011 and expand globally, offering their rich and long expertise together.

Head of Technology, Platforms and Delivery

Jayanth has an engineering degree and an MSc in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and has over two decades of technology experience. He started in networking technologies, moving on as the technical lead, and built technologies like DVR with pause TV for live streaming IPTV-STB, designed and developed platforms like OTT solution, Home gateway UPNP plug-and-play media server etc. He became an entrepreneur and co-founded many companies including Tromke which focused on developing a map-based mobile chat platform and bluetooth sensors for measuring road traffic density and travel time. He also co-founded UToo, a ride app for personalised shuttle services, as well as starting SeatNride, and created a platform called Locofly, which is a location-based mobile and web-based asset management software solution. He joined DDBO/Tripro in 2017 and heads all the company’s platform developments.
