• UK local government authority – with the central government significantly cutting local authority budgets, we were able to provide a solution to enable the authority to continue running public services, within the squeezed budgets and without compromising on quality.
• A BFS company in Singapore – a company embarking upon building a servicing and cloud-based platform to handle various security trading instruments for a large number of central banks and financial institutions globally. We were engaged for domain consultations, to develop the technology and hosting methodologies, and to ensure compliance with diverse stringent requirements and guidelines.
• A domestic NBFC spread across many states, cities and towns, which provides supply chain financing covering various priority sector areas of the economy. With rapid growth in their asset size, our role was to evaluate their platforms, processes, and policies to help them prepare to scale up whilst adhering to stringent central bank guidelines. These necessitated drafting future strategy, the creation of policies and processes, and building better platforms to accommodate growing volumes.
